Luceco welcomes D-Line to the Group.
Luceco Group, the prominent designer and manufacturer of LED lighting, wiring accessories and EV chargers has acquired D-Line, a leading supplier of cable management products.
Headquartered in North Shields, D-Line is renowned for its innovative cable management solutions and has established strong positions in retail, wholesale, and e-commerce across the UK, Europe, and North America.
CEO John Hornby, commented on the natural fit between D-Line's products and Luceco's existing offerings and emphasised the opportunity to leverage D-Line’s established operations in North America to support the wider group’s sales activities in the region.
For the twelve months to November 30, 2023, reported revenue of £17 million and underlying operating profit of £1.4 million.
D-Line employs approximately sixty people and will continue to operate from its current locations under the leadership of its existing senior management team.
