SPARKS Learner of the Year 2026: A Record-Breaking Year as the Competition Expands Across the UK
The seventeenth annual SPARKS Learner of the Year competition is officially underway, and 2026 marks its biggest year yet. For the first time, the event includes a Scottish Regional Heat, expanding the competition to seven regions across England, Scotland, and Wales.
A New Era for the Competition
Each regional heat brings together 10 electrical students, who take on a challenging live practical test designed and judged by experts from NAPIT.
